By registering as a member or by using the Website in any way, you accept these Terms and Conditions, which forms a binding agreement between you and New School Aerobics. New School Aerobics reserves the right to terminate the user’s subscription at any time.
New School Aerobics’s workouts are not intended to treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition.

Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. Stop if you feel faint, dizzy, short of breath, or pain. New School Aerobics is not responsible for any injuries that result from participating in the exercises shown on this website. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless New School Aerobics from and against all claims, damages, losses, and costs that arise from your activities on or associated with your use of the Website, and/or assert a violation by you of any term of this Agreement.
New School Aerobics’s workouts are intended for individuals 14 years of age or older. Users between the ages of 14 and 18 may only access the site with a parent/guardian’s consent.
All materials, logos, and choreography is copyrighted and owned exclusively by New School Aerobics. Routines may not be reproduced and are solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, redistribution, retransmission, or publication of any material on the Website is strictly prohibited. You shall not translate, disassemble, decompile, decode, reverse engineer, or cause or allow discovery of the source code of the System; remove, obscure, or alter the titles, copyright notices, trademarks, logos, trademark notices, patent notices or other proprietary or restricted rights, notices, affixed to or contained in the System; make any claim or representation of ownership or deny or challenge our ownership of the materials; use the System in any manner that violates any local, state, federal or international law, rule, regulation or ordinance; use, copy, modify, or prepare derivative works of our content, or any part thereof; or disclose, demonstrate, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, lend, give, share, transfer, assign or otherwise make all or any portion of our content available to any person, corporation, or other entity.
New School Aerobics grants you a limited license to access to the Website. This license is solely for your individual use and may not be transferred to nor shared with anyone else. You must register as a member by providing a username, password, and valid email address. You must provide complete and accurate registration information to the Website and notify us if your information changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and all other account information, and you are fully responsible and liable for all access to and use of the Website that occur under your password or account. New School Aerobics shall not be held liable to you for any loss or damage resulting from any compromise of the confidentiality of your account or password or any unauthorized access to your account or use of your password.
To access New School Aerobics workouts, equipment or mobile devices must be connected to the internet as and require an effective line bandwidth of at least 5 Mbps. Failure to maintain the specified internet connection requirements may result in your inability to access the Website’s content. If you fail to maintain an internet connection, the quality and availability of the Website’s content will be affected. Any suspension, interruption, or unavailability of your internet service will not reduce your monthly fee.

New School Aerobics subscribers are billed $11.99 monthly. All subscriptions are renewed automatically until canceled in accordance with the terms set forth herein. If the monthly Subscription via the bank account information provided by Subscriber is refused due to “not sufficient funds,” or a closed account, the subscriber will continue to be charged a $11.99 NSF fee until membership is canceled. Members may cancel their membership at any time. Membership must be canceled at least 1 day prior to the monthly renewal date in order to avoid charges for the following month. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing newschoolaerobics@gmail.com, re: Cancel My Subscription. If your account is terminated due to a violation of this Agreement, New School Aerobics will not reimburse you for the remainder of paid month, nor will reimbursements be made for member cancellations prior to monthly renewal date.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America. Any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Website must be commenced in the state or federal courts located in Carson City, Nevada, United States of America (and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts). In any such action, New School Aerobics and you irrevocably waive any right to a trial by jury.

You consent to receive all communications including notices, agreements, disclosures, or other information from New School Aerobics electronically.
